Can I cancel or change my plan after I have signed up?

Yes, you can cancel or change your plan at any time directly through our Member Portal.

For your security, you will be asked to enter the email address you signed up with and an email will be sent with instructions on how to sign in to your account.

Questions or problems signing in? We're here to help! Contact us and we will resolve your problem ASAP.

Do I have to use my credit card to make my payments?

Nope! You can use a credit card, debit card, or bank account to initiate your membership. Remember, if you want to change your payment type you can do so any time directly through our Member Portal.

Why the four different subscription options? What if I need more or less batteries on a different schedule? 

We developed our subscription plans by researching the average number of batteries different types of hear aid users typically go through on a month by month basis. The reason we ship every other month is to save on shipping costs - cost savings that are passed directly to our members.

If you have needs that don’t fit into one of our standard plans, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Also, keep in mind that you can change your plan at any time, directly through our Member Portal.

Are your batteries as good as the batteries I get at my local store? 

Yes! We use only the highest quality DieHard batteries for our members. DieHard's premium zinc air hearing aid batteries fit all standard hearing aids, are mercury free and recyclable, and provide long lasting, reliable power. No knock-off brands here - these are the same batteries you know and trust, delivered straight to your door at a price you won't find anywhere else. Keep in mind that while no-name budget brands may be slightly cheaper, quality standards are unknown, so users must proceed with extreme caution.

Can I get an hearOclub Battery Tester Key Fob?

Of course! We sell our unique hearOclub Battery Tester Key Fobs on our web site for $10.

I have a number of friends that also have hearing aids and we all live in the same building.  Can we get a group discount if we all become members?  

We do not normally give group discounts because of different battery and shipping location requirements, but we do offer a great program for senior living facilities.  Have your facility director contact our customer service team to learn more about the benefits of a hearOclub partnership.

How do I know if I’m ordering the right style battery? 

All brands of hearing aid batteries use color coding to help everyone identify the correct battery style.  The model numbers are also pretty consistent in the industry.  There are only four styles that cover the entire industry.  You can use either the color or the model number to help assist you in choosing the correct battery style for you.     

I have a drawer full of dead batteries.  Can I throw them away or recycle them? 

We have an on demand recycling program. Contact us to receive a prepaid envelope with your next battery shipment, return your dead batteries in the envelope and we will recycle them for you free of charge.  

When I get my batteries, should I take them out of the package to store them? 

No, for best results leave your batteries in the package until you are ready to use them. Our batteries come in an easy dispensing package for storage and use. Avoid letting your batteries touch each other as this could lead to a loss of charge. It's not dangerous, but could ruin your new batteries. This is the same with any hearing aid battery, and you should follow these guidelines regardless of brand.
